Access Instructions for Supplier/Vendor

SPRS (pronounced ‘spurz’) is accessed through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). PIEE provides single sign-on capability for a variety of acquisition-related applications. Access to SPRS is requested as part of the PIEE registration or added later. A Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate is not required.

NOTICE: This access is only for Supplier, Vendor, and Awardee to access only their own company data.

PIEE access requires companies to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with an Electronic Business (EB) point of contact (POC) established and a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code added to the PIEE Vendor Group Structure. Your company must designate at least one(1) Contractor Account Administrator (CAM) per CAGE to authorize company PIEE registrations and access requests. The CAM is typically the Electronic Business point of contact (EBPOC) for the company listed in SAM or a designee. For more information on how to set up your company in PIEE see the Vendors - Getting Started Help web page.

To enter NIST SP 800-171 basic assessments you must have the “SPRS Cyber Vendor User” role for the SPRS application in PIEE.

If you have an account in PIEE, simply login and add this role to your account. If not, you may register and request your SPRS access together. See the SPRS Access for NIST SP 800-171 Assessment Entry PDF for instructions to add access or register within PIEE for the first time.

For information about the NIST SP 800-171 program including assessment criteria visit Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC) or contact your DCMA representative.

For information about entering assessment scores into SPRS visit our NIST SP 800-171 Quick Entry Guide.

Access to PIEE will be granted and the SPRS tile will be visible but not active upon completion of the registration process. Your SPRS access request is reviewed and approved by the Contractor Account Administrator (CAM) associated with your organization, and the SPRS program office. This process can take multiple business days.

You may check the status of your account by logging into PIEE and clicking “My Account” in the header and then “Manage Roles”.
